Spain, Christmas 2023 and more...

 Spain, Christmas 2023 and more...

I expect to be at the house from about 11am-11.30am Saturday 23rd December 2023 until about 7am Friday 29th December 2023.

On Sunday 24th December 2023 I will probably be in Valencia City for most of the morning.

There's one of The Workplace that's long-term involved with Harold Branson as is his mother. Basically committing GDPR offenses with a view to receiving air flights and/or holidays that Harold Branson has thieved. He's already thieved tens of thousands of GBP£s of goods (I think he's referred to it as "...robbing the warehouse...") and sold these goods to existing customers at knock-down prices amounting to collectively several thousands of GBP£s. I think one of the customers has been complaining because he's being looked at for handling thieved goods.

So, I arrive at Valencia Airport at about 0945hrs CET. I get through Passport Control. I walk about thirty metres. I look to my left and there's a service dog, as far as I am aware completely independent of the Airport, and it looks at me and within about two seconds it suddenly sat and refused to move - it knew that I was kidnapped in England and it was signalling for the Police to get involved. It was a very eerie moment. All I could do was carry on walking. It was all too quick for me to take a photo. But the dog just knew what the problem is. And after all it was a service dog.

Christmas wasn't that bad. Lol.

This is one of the many Blue Flag beaches where I now call 'home'. (Photo taken 25th December 2023).

Spain October 2023

I am in Spain from about 9.30am CET Saturday 14th October (2023) to about 10.15pm CET Wednesday 18th October. I expect to be at the house from about 3pm Saturday 14th October to 8.30pm Wednesday 18th October doing some varnishing, fitting a new light in the hallway, installing a new doorbell, assessing drywall installation, measuring sockets etc. I do expect to be in and out of the house throughout this period but at the moment I don't intend travelling far except for Sunday morning when I expect to be in Valencia doing some shopping. I currently don't anticipate going to Gandia as I have been during past visits but if an emergency happens I will have to. Some of the places I will be visiting in a combination of probably and definitely are Letreros Cullera, Lidl Cullera, the 247/365 laundromat, Carrefour Cullera, Cullera cemetery, Maxi Cash Cullera, San Antonio beach Cullera and other local beaches.

July 2023 and September 2023 in Valencia, Spain

 July 2023 in Valencia, Spain

I expect to be at the house from the very early hours of 9th July 2023 to late afternoon 12th July 2023. Hopefully it's still secure, I used a very heavy-duty Master chain on the front door. Hopefully everything will be okay.

I have 'pencilled in' May 2024 to be my last possible month in England. It looks as if I am eligible for the Non-Lucrative Visa. I am in the process of trying to set up a passive (or, semi-passive) income through three, possibly four, tenanted apartments in the north of England. Plus I have some savings.

I am having to work under Andrew's old pseudonym and unfortunately I am suffering quite a bit because Harry (Andrew's father) has one of the managers increasing my workload for him. It's the work / life balance thing, and the working hours. The most recent pay rise should have been about 8% instead it was a plain 5%, the fact it was a plain figure is suspicious enough, so it amounts to a pay cut in real-time. Then they have introduced some logistics software called Paragon which supposedly makes things more efficient - yes, I believe it does make things more efficient but the drivers are doing more work meaning more profits, and less vehicles are being used meaning even more profits but what do the drivers get out of it? Nothing. Yet they are the ones doing more, earning more profits for the business. And I believe that in March 2023 Harry found a way, through 'his' manager, to increase my workload despite the new software. I believe that at least one Judge wants to jail this manager for thefts of goods owned by the business but will it happen? I don't think this manager knows that Harry has spent many years of his life in prisons and mental hospitals since 1962 and that the pair of them have been surveilled. But I must go on, I have to try and escape England, the ongoing atrocities and impending atrocities. Viva Espana. Lol.

SU16JUL23: I believe there were two attempts at getting to me whilst I was at the house in Spain, - many thanks for the attempts - but the idiots have hacked some electronics which I do understand and I believe they used direct threats via cellphone? A shame. I expect to be there again in mid September this year. What did I achieve this time? I completed the security camera installation (round of applause), did the second (and final) coat of varnish on some of the woodwork on the roof terrace and did some more in-depth assessing of the work required on the interior. Most of the work required on the interior is cosmetic but I am qualified to do this, it is basically a top to bottom redecoration (it's not in very desperate need) but a LOT of preparation is needed to undo the cosmetic issues throughout the house. The house is perfectly liveable, watertight etc. It just needs know-how and skills to bring up to a good to high standard.

SU10SEP23: I'm at the house again, until Wednesday evening. I've just been doing a few minor DIY bits. I hope to tackle some of the more serious issues tomorrow. I'll probably be going to IKEA in Valencia tomorrow to buy a few cheap items to make life easier here. I still haven't completed on the 3x units in Yorkshire in England but we're at the conveyancing stage so hopefully any week now. For those of you that don't know, Lester Gray will be jailed for life next month (October 2023), I suspect in France, and his father Richard Branson will serve a short term in prison next month, in Greece I believe. It's all go. Lol.

March 2023 in Valencia, Spain

 March 2023 in Valencia, Spain

I hoped to post this on 4th March (2023) at the latest but too many tasks cropped up, too many delays happened and on 4th March in Alfafar, Spain a woman drove into the back of my rental car and the Spanish police had to get involved costing me about an hour. Better late than never though.

I am only here in Valencia for a few days but despite this only occupying some of the first week of March I have still entitled this BlogPost "March 2023 in Valencia, Spain".

Surprisingly no one broke into the house again whilst I was away in England. Unless you include at least one dog because there is no glass in the front door no thanks to vandals and there is just enough space for a small dog to get through the vertical security bars on the front door and a dog had obviously pooed in a few places inside. Not good.

To be honest I doubt that I will be able to return to Spain permanently by early October 2023, things are not going exactly to plan and things are moving slowly. BUT I am optimistic without a pipe in my mouth and without a soft white fluffy cloud over my head because I believe I can generate in the region of GBP£1000 passive income per month with what I've got and I am close to a third of the way to achieving this because I have one sold STC in my favour hanging and if completed it will generate approximately GBP£350 PCM pre-tax and upon successful relocation back to Spain the tax will be nil because of the UK income tax threshold. And this might get me the non-lucrative visa.

I've started renovating the trellis and swingchair on the roof here but I need about 200 more screws for the trellis so that will have to wait a while to be completed. The house does need a lot of work but it's mainly correcting years of poor quality work done throughout it.

I still have 2025 at Malaga City Airport in mind, and I am aware of the recent attempt at making an item of land mail reach me - it was 'stopped' (obstructively thieved).
