Spanish NLV Application Rejection #2

Spanish NLV Application Rejection #2

My second Spanish non-lucrative visa (NLV) application has been rejected.

Briefly, I need to refer my first application for a Spanish NLV. I submitted a supporting document (a letter of intent) with this application indicating approximately what I would do in the first year and possibly in the second year. I said that in the second year of the visa I might do some work if I could change the visa (this is perfectly acceptable under Spanish law, and a Spanish lawyer has confirmed this to me by email). The reason for rejecting my application was because I said I intended to work in Spain and the NLV prohibits it. Yes, in the first year of the visa work is prohibited, but in the second year of the visa work it is allowed if specific criteria are met and if the Spanish authorities will change the NLV to a work visa. I compiled an appeal against the decision to reject my first application for a Spanish NLV and I sent it via Royal Mail but several weeks later I discovered that the Royal Mail failed to deliver it. Great eh?

Now, I want to picture a scene. At the end of 1996 I was kidnapped into England via Gatwick Airport from the Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and violently robbed of my Saudi passport, my ID, my credit cards, my laptop, my cell phone, my luggage, etcetera. In November 1996 I was transported from London, England to Hastings, England, and swapped around with someone named Andrew Branson (alias Lester Gray) and set up with his passport, ID, debit cards, and so on. Andrew Branson had a criminal record under the name Lester Gray. In December 1996 I was transported back to London and taken deep below London, and held captive there until August 2001. A man named Graham Branson (a brother of Andrew Branson) continued to inhabit the property in Hastings where I lived from November 1996 to December 1996 and in July 2001 moved from Hastings to London. In August 2001, I was released from captivity and swapped around with Graham Branson in the middle of the night in an apartment in London. I have been trying to get out of this kidnap ever since. I have been using a UK passport that is derived from a temporary passport issued to Andrew Branson in 2001. I've made dozens of attempts that have cost me thousands of pounds.

Here is a list of criminals for this scene I am picturing:

Harold Branson alias Richard Branson

Anne Branson alias Queen Elizabeth II (deceased)

Alan Branson alias King Charles III

Sandra Harris alias Eve Branson (deceased)

Walter Harris alias Edward Branson (deceased)

Sandra Harris alias Camilla Parker Bowles.

All the above criminals have served terms in prison for criminal offending. I believe at the time of writing Harold Branson alias Richard Branson is in prison for about a week outside the UK for thefts from Virgin. I believe the last time Alan Branson alias King Charles III did jail time was in October this year for sex offences and he might have served this sentence in police cells. Harold Branson alias Richard Branson has served many terms in prison for committing crimes against me, and I believe that in September 2026 he is due to serve a short term in prison for committing crimes against me. In 1995 and in 1996 Alan Branson alias King Charles III serve short terms in prison for committing crimes against me.

Since 1962, when he was a teenager, Harold Branson alias Richard Branson has spent approximately fifteen years of his life detained in prisons and mental hospitals in the UK and outside the UK including Broadmoor high-security mental hospital and HMP Grendon. He has served approximately thirty short terms in prison mainly outside the UK for fraudulently claiming to be Virgin's chairman. By 2028 he will serve at least one more short term in prison for fraudulently claiming to be Virgin's chairman. Harold Branson alias Richard Branson is the World’s worst criminal, and Alan Branson alias King Charles III is one of the World’s top ten criminals.

Now, Anne Branson alias Queen Elizabeth II (deceased) was Andrew Branson's and Graham Branson's mother, and Harold Branson alias Richard Branson is their father. Alan Branson alias King Charles III is a brother to all three of these males. Sandra Harris alias Eve Branson (deceased) and Walter Harris alias Edward Branson (deceased) were not Harold Branson's alias Richard Branson's parents.

In making these two Spanish NLV applications I have had to pretend to be Andrew Branson alias Lester Gray and obtain a Police Certificate showing his criminal convictions. I believe one of his criminal convictions dating back to 1993 is unspent which is for attempted robbery for which he was jailed for four years and possibly a month. At this point I would like to say that in October 2023 in France Andrew Branson alias Lester Gray was jailed for life and he is currently in prison in France.

The reason for rejecting my second Spanish NLV application is because of Andrew Branson's alias Lester Gray's Criminal Record. Great eh?

The reason for rejecting my first Spanish NLV application was false hence me appealing it but the Royal Mail failed to deliver it so I lost out. Why wasn't Andrew Branson's alias Lester Gray's Criminal Record cited as a reason for rejection at this point?

In UK law some criminal convictions cannot be spent after any amount of time so they remain as unspent. In Spanish law serious criminal offences can become spent after ten years (apparently), and I suspect this is only possible after ten years free of criminal offending.

One of the Spanish Government stipulations for eligibility for a Spanish NLV is a five year clear criminal history.

Now, pretending that I am Andrew Branson alias Lester Gray, I have a clear criminal history of approximately thirty years.

Only approximately twenty-five percent of those that practice as Judges in England are real Judges.

Before being kidnapped into England I was awarded official immunity to the UK courts and an injunction was obtained against the British Government.

I believe that Harold Branson alias Richard Branson selected one of those that practices as a Judge in England that is not a real Judge to interfere with this second Spanish NLV application. I believe that Alan Branson alias King Charles III personally interfered with this Spanish NLV application, backed up by Sandra Harris alias Camilla Parker Bowles. I believe that British Government Home Office personnel interfered with this Spanish NLV application. I believe that this referred to criminal interference resulted in the rejection of my second Spanish NLV application.

Harold Branson alias Richard Branson can go back to prison. Alan Branson alias King Charles III is healthy enough to commit serious crimes so he is healthy enough to go back to prison. In 1999 Sandra Harris alias Camilla Parker Bowles was jailed for violent assaults, she can go back to prison for assisting Alan Branson alias King Charles III. The Judge (that is not a real Judge) can go to prison for breaching the official immunity to the UK courts (to date approximately fifteen people have been jailed for this). The British Government Home Office personnel can go to prison for breaching the injunction against the British Government. I am thinking of charges along the lines of conspiracy to pervert, actual perversion, conspiracy to obstruct, actual obstruction, contempt of court, and if exchanges of money, goods, or services are involved the relevant offences.

I am a law graduate of New York University Law School (USA) with a history of high-profile practise, currently not licensed to practise because of circumstances.

My 2nd Spanish NLV Application

 My 2nd Spanish NLV Application

On Thursday 23rd October 2025 I submitted my second Spanish NLV application in central London, England. Not to the Spanish Consulate but to an agency of the Spanish Consulate.

I created this application with an immigration specialist company that guarantees 100% success or a full refund. Sounds good. Or does it? Maybe they worked out that because of their guarantee of 100% success or full refund the extra custom/income achieved because of this pledge far outweighs what it would otherwise be if they didn't pledge that, and like all other immigration specialists they just achieve around 90% success for their clients. In other words they might just be the same as the other immigration specialists but they earn a lot more because of their pledge! Or am I just being cynical?

I am hoping that I will have an answer before Christmas and if the answer is positive I hope to have moved to Spain by mid March 2026.

As before, if there is anyone out there that feels the negative forces that could interfere with this application need batting away please don't hesitate. There was nothing wrong with my previous application, I don't think the Spanish Consulate in London knows that I am a law graduate with an extensive history of practise around the World and that I have an extensive history in Spain.

BAD NEWS. Please see the next BlogPost.

Obsession, Stalking, and Harrassment

 Obsession, Stalking, and Harrassment

In this BlogPost am going to call him The Outlaw Harry Branson or just Harry Branson

Now, Harry Branson is obsessed with me and he parasitically stalks me everywhere I go. By the way, he is charged with kidnap, unlawful imprisonment and at least one other related offence.

I have to work full-time. I looked at my circumstances, looked at my handicaps such as profound memory loss, blocked phones, blocked email, thieved mail, Andy Bess's driving licence etcetera, and I do what I do. I have been doing it for about 10 years now. I just about earn above national average income. Not bad considering. Plus I have some other regular income from investments so I am never in hardship.

As I said, Harry Branson is obsessed with me, and he is properly diagnosed as such. The connection for this obsession is that in April 1958 my mother founded/launched V***** (in the USA). Harry Branson has stalked me to my workplace and he has been in contact with some of the employees there, and now they are very deluded where he has expertly deceived them.

Since 1992 I have had an English High Court injunction against Harry Branson, in fact two English High Court injunctions seamlessly covering the period of time from then onwards until now, and beyond.

Harry Branson has a very long-term and extensive psychiatric history in multiple countries, including the UK. Collectively, this is known as a global psychiatric history. His psychiatric history includes detention under Mental Health Law from 1965 to 1969 at Broadmoor high-security mental hospital in England for killing two children, multiple diagnoses of mental illnesses including paranoid schizophrenia. Harry Branson is a paranoid schizophrenic, amongst other things. Great, eh?

It is not nice looking through the eyes of one knowing a lot about Harry Branson and seeing the disarray that Harry Branson has caused throughout the workforce at my place of work. It is serious. I do understand that most, if not all, the employees might not be able to understand that Harry Branson genuinely is not V*****s chairman, and that a man in China does this job, but Harry Branson has done some significant damage to this workplace and that is not right.

Can anti-stalking legislation be used against Harry Branson, please? Can the English High Court injunction be enforced against Harry Branson, please?

My (Spanish) NLV Appeal

 My (Spanish) NLV Appeal

So, I am going to appeal the 9th June 2025 rejection of my (Spanish) non-lucrative (residence) visa (NLV) application. I expect my appeal to be physically in the Spanish Consulate General in London, England by 7th July 2025.

Below is a Google Translate translation of the paragraph in the visa denial letter that states why the visa has been denied:

"After examining the documentation in the file, the applicant states in a letter submitted with the application his intention to seek work in Spain. Therefore, this Consulate General has no guarantee that the applicant will not work in Spain, a circumstance that prevents the processing of a non-lucrative residence visa."

Below is the actual Spanish language paragraph in the visa denial letter that states why the visa has been denied:

"Examinada la documentación obrante en el expediente, el solicitante manifiesta en un escrito presentado con la solicitud, su intención de buscar trabajo en España, con lo que este Consulado General no tiene garantía de que el solicitante, no vaya a ejercer actividad en España, circunstancia que impide la tramitación de un visado de residencia no lucrativa."

Below is the actual paragraph in my Letter of Intent that I submitted as part of the NLV application to which the Consulate General reacts: "the applicant states in a letter submitted with the application his intention to seek work in Spain."

It is in Spanish regulations that any time after the first year of the NLV (successfully completed) that an application can be made (to the Spanish authorities) to change the NLV to a working visa if the NLV holder has a Spanish full-time employment contract, with a compliant employer, and that the salary is Spains national minimum wage (or higher).

I am hoping that this issue is just a case of 'lost in translation'. If it is not, what could it be? Malice? Crime? Other anomaly?

Monday 7th July 2025: My NLV appeal is still not at the Consulate. Why? It has been very difficult and time consuming to put together the appeal. What I have done is sent the five pages of the appeal to a sworn translator approved by the Consulate and I hope to collect them on Wednesday 9th July 2025. I received the NLV denial letter on Saturday 14th June 2025 so I have until Monday 14th July 2025 to ensure my NLV appeal is at the Consulate.

I have over one hundred real friends in this World. They all know people I don't know and have friends I am not friends with etcetera. I wonder if any of these friends of mine can ensure that my NLV appeal is successful? (1) I meet all the criteria for the NLV. (2) I have no intention of working illegally in Spain. (3) The NLV denial letter said I said in a document that I intended to seek work in Spain but I in fact said I might work in year 2 onwards if the visa could be changed - Spanish law does allow this. As previously said, I am dumbfounded. If this is not a 'lost in translation' case then what could it be? Bribery? Malice? Psychopathic? Ego related? Abuse of power? breach of trust? If this is not a 'lost in translation' case then surely it is a criminal matter? And if it is not a 'lost in translation' case then surely the fitness for purpose of those working in the Consulate should be questioned because making the wrong life-changing decision could be a life-destroying decision.

Sunday 13th July 2025: I believe my visa appeal documentation is physically in the Spanish Consulate in London but I am not 100% sure because the Royal Mail tracking does not indicate that it has been delivered but I phoned the Royal Mail and they told me that the package was at a PO Box centre that the Spanish Consulate uses. Will I need to consider escalating this to judicial review in the courts in Madrid? Hopefully within a month from now there will be conclusive news about this visa. Logic says that I will be granted the visa.

Sunday 20th July 2025: No formal update to my Spanish NLV appeal yet except for what I believe has happened from 'keeping my ear to the ground'. I believe the Spanish Consulate is reconsidering my application but that they have not decided yet. That's all.

Thursday 7th August 2025: BAD NEWS. I sent the NLV appeal to the Spanish Consulate in London using Royal Mail 24hr Tracked service. I dispatched it on Thursday 10th July at 0447hrs. It consisted of about 20x A4 sheets of paper in a bubblewrap envelope suitable for holding A4 sheets of paper. I measured the envelope and it seemed to be within the Royal Mail Large Letter dimensions. On Saturday 12th July after seeing the tracking information had not shown it had been delivered I phoned Royal Mail Customer Services and I was told they believed the Spanish Consulate had collected it from a PO Box at the Royal Mail Jubilee Mailing Centre in London. On Sunday 3rd August I read an email from the Spanish Embassy asking me for a receipt for my appeal because I had emailed them requesting an update on my NLV appeal. I had not received a receipt. The bad news is the Royal Mail had not delivered the package containing the NLV appeal (and the Spanish Consulate had not collected it from a PO Box at the Royal Mail Jubilee Mailing Centre in London). Unbeknown to me since Friday 18th July the Royal Mail had been holding the package claiming unsufficient postage had been paid. ? The deadline for my NLV appeal was Monday 14th July. Please bear in mind that I measured the bubblewrap envelope containing my NLV appeal to make sure it was within the Royal Mail Large Letter dimensions (and it was obviously less than 1kg). I paid for a Royal Mail 24hr Tracked service Large Letter. On Monday 4th August I phoned Royal Mail Customer Services and I was told that a computer or piece of machinery might have made an error here (resulting in the package being held). ? I was also told that the previous Royal Mail Customer Service Agent of 12th July was correct to tell me that the package was delivered to a PO Box within the Royal Mail etcetera. ? On 6th August I emailed the Spanish Embassy proving that I dispatched the NLV appeal in such a way that it would reach the Spanish Consulate in London by the deadline and proving that since 18th July the Royal Mail had been holding the package. What now?

Tuesday 19th August 2025: On Wednesday 13th August I received the package containing my Spanish NLV appeal back from the Royal Mail with a sticker on claiming that not enough postage had been paid, and no reason for this was given. I had purchased a Royal Mail 24hr Tracked service label online from the Royal Mail costing £3.60 - this was for a Large Letter weighing up to 1kg. I measured the envelope before sending it and I thought it was okay, would go through the Royal Mail system as a Large Letter. There was no need to weigh it because it contained approximately 15-20 A4 sheets of paper ie obviously much less than 1kg. On Thursday 14th August I took the returned package to the local Post Office and I asked if it could be sent as a Large Letter. A manager took the package and pushed it through the Large Letter slot in the official Post Office perspex letter guide. The package slid back and forth freely through the Large Letter slot, and the manager said yes it could be sent as a Large Letter.

So, now I am considering legal action against the Royal Mail for my financial losses incurred, which are in the region of £2,500 - £4,000.

And the Spanish visa? I believe I will need to apply again, I should know for sure by Saturday 23rd August.

Monday 1st September 2025: I will need to apply for the Spanish NLV again, and I have very recently had a free consultation with an agency that specialises in helping with specific visa applications, and in a few days I will be in another consultation but this time a paid consultation and I will know more at the end of this consultation.

Criminals of America

 Criminals of America

Saturday 10th May 2025: There's a woman in the USA that I affectionately with tongue-in-cheek refer to as 'Kimberly Krolldollar' that has been coming to my attention a few times a year in recent years. I also refer to her as a Criminal of America. To date she has served a small number of terms in prison, but these punishments have not had the desired affect.

!!UNDER CONSTRUCTION!!

You see, she helps Harold Branson, she commits crimes with him. Harold Branson, the World’s worst criminal, the World’s poorest man, the World’s worst schizophrenic, the World’s worst case of delusions of grandeur etc etc. In early May 2025 I became aware that Kimberly Krolldollar was, again, helping Harold Branson with his incessant crimes.

Does Kimberly Krolldollar have a probation officer? Can the police that have previously arrested and charged her arrest and charge her again? Can the judges that have previously been involved with sending her to prison get involved and look into her persistent criminal offending some of which she is doing with in conjunction with Harold Branson? This is a matter of urgency. I would deal with it personally but my circumstances prevent this.

I believe that Kimberly Krolldollar went wrong in her fifteenth year of life but at the end of the day - you do the crime, you do the time.

My NLV Application

My NLV Application

Today, 30th April 2025, in London, England, I formally apply for my NLV for Spain. I meet all the criteria for the NLV but this does not mean my application will be accepted, or does it? I mean, there is some ambiguity here. Collating all the advice, information, and criteria for the NLV it is implied that if you do meet the criteria your NLV application will be accepted. Time will tell. So, there is a maximum of three months from today in which I must be given a decision, but the decision could be given in as little as a few weeks. My main concern is Andrew Branson's alias 'Lester Gray's' antecedents. ? What to do? There is little or nothing I can do but maybe, just maybe, there are people out there that can see through Andrew Branson's alias 'Lester Gray's' antecedents, and everything else that is wrong.

Saturday 3rd May 2025: My NLV application, ie all the required documents etc, is now in the Spanish Consulate General in London, England, and it has been since yesterday. Because of how wrong it is, it might be impossible for certain authorities in Europe (and possibly elsewhere) to not get involved. One of my concerns is that other persons in Europe (and possibly elsewhere) would get involved if they knew about the application but that they don't know about the application. Heading my concerns is Andrew Branson's alias 'Lester Gray's' antecedents, and the possibility of the NLV application being rejected solely because of these, and considering that in October 2023 Andrew Branson alias 'Lester Gray' was jailed for life it would not be healthy to perceive me as him. So, if you know that someone would get involved in this NLV application if they knew about it and you know they don't know about it please act appropriately. Thanks.

Saturday 7th June 2025: No update on my NLV application unless you include the fact that it has been with the Spanish Consulate in London, England for 5 weeks now. I was hoping for an answer after 3 weeks because I meet the criteria probably about 1.5x over, plus I have the totally unencumbered house, but no answer despite all this. 3 weeks is, apparently, the minimum time it takes for them to process the application. 5-6 weeks is, apparently, the average time it takes for them to process the application. I am glad I am not a nail-biter. But after all, this they can take up to 3 months to process the application (12 weeks or 3 calendar months??).

Thursday 12th June 2025: Today I received a text message informing me that the passport is being returned to me. I have no further information about whether or not the visa has been granted. Hopefully within a week I will know if the visa has been granted.

Monday 16th June 2025. On Saturday 14th June 2025 I learned that my application for a Spanish Non-Lucrative Visa (NLV) had been rejected. Please read on.

Advice for applying for a visa includes recommendation to be honest and transparent. So, I was. Below is a paragraph from the Letter of Intent that I submitted to accompany the visa application (I have obscured company names etcetera):

This paragraph, in Spanish, extracted from the Spanish Consulate's NLV rejection letter details the reason for rejection: "Examinada la documentación obrante en el expediente, el solicitante manifiesta en un escrito presentado con la solicitud, su intención de buscar trabajo en España, con lo que este Consulado General no tiene garantía de que el solicitante, no vaya a ejercer actividad en España, circunstancia que impide la tramitación de un visado de residencia no lucrativa."

This is the Google translation of the above paragraph from Spanish to English: "After examining the documentation in the file, the applicant states in a document submitted with the application his intention to seek work in Spain. Therefore, this Consulate General has no guarantee that the applicant will not work in Spain, a circumstance that prevents the processing of a non-lucrative residence visa."

Below is the extracted main body of an email I received from a Spanish lawyer today:

Thank you for your question. Yes, that’s essentially correct. Under Spain’s current rules you can convert a Non-Lucrative Visa into an employment permit when you renew it after the first year, provided you meet these requirements:

  • One year of legal residence in Spain under the NLV

  • Full-time employment contract (typically 40 h/week) with a Spanish employer

  • Minimum salary at or above the Spanish Interprofessional Minimum Wage

  • Your employer must be registered with Social Security and up to date on all tax and contribution obligations

  • You must have a clean criminal record in Spain and no entry bans

To apply, file the “Modification of Residence” (form EX-03) at your local Oficina de Extranjería during the final months before your NLV expires. If approved, you will receive a combined residence-and-work permit, allowing you to work full time.

I am dumbfounded. I am pursuing an appeal to the Spanish Consulate that rejected my visa application.
